Do you charge a delivery fee? What is the order minimum?

Small delivery fee of $15 for all other orders.
Click and collect is a free service.
No order minimum applies to all orders.  
 

What day do you deliver?

We delivery Monday to Friday, order cut off times do apply.

What is the order cut off time?

We delivery Monday to Friday. Our cut off is 2:30pm for next day delivery.

On Sundays cut off is 2:30pm for Monday delivery.

Which areas do you deliver to?
 
All products are available across the wider Sydney metropolitan area. Most areas are serviced daily. This includes Campbelltown, Camden, Penrith, Windsor, Hornsby. Northern Beaches areas like Mona Vale and Newport are serviced Thursday.

If you are unsure please contact us for specific details related to your location.

Outside Sydney we are limited to supplying products that do not require refrigeration and can travel safely with overnight courier. Please contact us for further details.

What time can we expect delivery?

We deliver between 7am and Midday. You will receive a email notification when your delivery has been completed.

Do you supply to the wholesale businesses?

Yes, we do wholesale business through our parent company Achieve Cafe Provisions.

GF = Gluten Free
SF = Sugar Free
DF = Dairy Free
NF = Nut Free
V = Vegetarian
VG = Vegan

How do I know my order has been submitted?

When you finalise your online order you will see a confirmation that your order has been submitted.
