This large handmade cookie is bursting with flavour with its great mixture of glace cherries, raisins and dries fruit peel contrasted by crunchy cornflakes. Finishing touch is the bottom being dipped in milk chocolate. Over 10cm from edge to edge these cookies are large and all about flavour.
